Technical Support Services
Surpassing our customers’ expectations is one of our key objectives. A high level of customer satisfaction for post sales support is very much part of that objective.

 

We offer two levels of support:

 

Standard Support Service meets the requirements of the majority of our customers and is available during normal office hours (09:00 - 17:00)

Premium Support Service includes 24 / 7 cover and enables our customers to further enhance support levels if it is more appropriate to their business needs
