READING, UK - April 14, 2006 - provisioning and managing software for IP telecommunications, today announced the appointment of Mike Frayne as Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining VisionOSS, Mike was co-founder and Executive Chairman of Intec Telecom Systems PLC. Prior to founding the Intec Group he worked as a consultant for a number of years, following IT management roles in the investment banking industry.

He holds an MBA from Wits Business School, Johannesburg, and a BSc in Information Technology and Psychology. Mike was named an Ernst & Young ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ in 2001. Mike’s business interests are truly global, ranging from companies in Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and United States.

VisionOSS is an Independent software vendor, established in June 2003. Based in the , but operating in Europe, Asia and North America, VisionOSS has developed an automated provisioning and management solution for large scale, service provider IP Voice. With VisionOSS, service providers are able to virtualize their IP-PBX Clusters, gateways, soft-switches and application server architectures on a massive scale, allowing for far greater return on capital as well as lower operating costs. IP telephony deployments that were previewed as taking months to install can now be delivered in a fraction of the time, with huge associated cost savings and near-immediate ROI.

The VisionOSS technology has been selected by Cisco Systems for their Hosted, Unified CallManager Services architecture, which targets service providers and large scale enterprises. A number of PTTs, CLECs, as well as Outsourcers have selected VisionOSS within their IP Voice architecture.
