Founded in 1994, Lattelecom is the largest service provider in Latvia, offering integrated electronic communications and IT services, telecommunications, network design and installation services.
Lattelecom engaged with VOSS Solutions and Cisco Systems, as it required a solution to support the growth in their managed services business. Lattelecom sought a centralized multi-tenant platform that simplified the process of migrating and administering multiple customers. They also recognized that if they were able to provide devolved administration to customers, they would decrease the burden on NOC support, while improving the customer experience.
