Monday October 10, 2011 – Richardon, TX - VOSS Solutions, the leading provider of unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) service delivery and management software, today announced the introduction of the VOSS Training Program, enabling technical users to increase their knowledge of the VOSS technology, learn new best practises, and improve their administration skills.
The program will comprise two levels of training:
- Introductory level - VOSS Administrator
- Advanced level - VOSS Engineer
The next training class will be the VOSS Engineer course, taking place in Richardson, TX, on Monday 7 - Friday 11 November, 2011.
What you will learn: The 5-day course will include a deep dive into system management, provider level management, customer/end user management, location management, end user self care and devolved administration, bulk loader management, and troubleshooting. All training will be delivered in a training lab, using a combination of presentations, demonstrations and hands-on lab work for the students. Students will receive a copy of the training material.
