Until now, deploying users onto a new UC&C platform from existing legacy voice or third party UC systems has posed monumental challenges. However, as service providers set up cloud platforms and large enterprise organizations embrace UC&C, there is a growing requirement to migrate their existing voice architecture onto a more modern platform that can support the complexity that UC&C brings. Increasing the speed of user-on-boarding is fundamental to the service:
- For enterprises, the sooner end users can start using UC&C services, the sooner they and their organization can enjoy the benefits
- For service providers, the sooner end users are migrated onto their cloud based UC&C platforms, the sooner they can generate new streams of revenue
VOSS has harnessed the many years’ experience in deploying users onto UC&C platforms to create the User Deployment Service, which is based on a suite of tools that extract data from multiple external sources, then transform, enrich and load the data into the UC&C platform, which results in the automated setup of the users, their associated devices and services on the UC platform.
