- Experience of working with the VOSS technology – mandatory
- Knowledge of CUCM (CCVP Level) – mandatory
- Already attended VOSS Engineer Course or VOSS Admin Course – strongly recommended
- Background experience in IP networking – strongly recommended
What you will learn
The 3-day course is a deep dive into the design and management of dial plans within the Cisco IPT architecture as managed by the VOSS platform.

- CUCM Model
- Basics
- General settings
- Time, partitions and CSSs
- Patterns
- Trunks
- Routes
- CUCM call flows
- Updates / modification / manipulation of model sections/elements
- CUCM migration model
At the end of the course, you will:
- Understand dial plan models structure
- Understand the CUCM model specifically
- Understand the CUCM migration model
- Be able to build and implement a basic dial plan
