Network Infrastructure
Large scale infrastructure can be viewed as aggregated network architecture, or it is possible to see single device types, such as all PBX devices, or all gateways and application servers, completely independent of the customers or users. This is something that service providers can benefit from as they need to identify devices that require upgrades.
Single device types or versions can easily be searched for and it is possible to drill down and obtain detailed configuration from any one device.
With shared infrastructure, it is possible to see which customers exist on a single device and conversely, you can easily see the entire set of infrastructure a single customer is utilizing.
Complex, multi-level architectures are mapped such that, for instance, the inter-relationships between central gateways and PBX devices are defined.
Device redundancy can also be mapped so that resilience can be identified easily.
