As a Cloud Data Architect, you will play a critical role in the early stage design of VOSS’ new native cloud offering. This is a hands-on role, meaning that you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the data strategy for this new offering.

• Collaborating with the rest of the team on the design and implementation of VOSS’ new native cloud offering. This is not necessarily limited to data components/pipelines.
• Responsible for the overall data architecture of VOSS’ new cloud-native offering.
• Provide technical direction and implement best practices for data governance, multi-tenancy, scalability, ETL, analysis, and visualizations that provide maximum value for our customers, while minimizing costs to VOSS.
• Ability to research, find, and execute best-of-class data workflows and technologies.
• Support and troubleshoot all areas of the data pipeline.

• Required
  • 5+ years of experience within cloud data applications.
  • Azure Data Services.
  • NoSQL DB experience.
  • Experience with both OLTP and OLAP applications.
  • Experience working with leadership and key stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies.
  • Experience with ML and AI software.
  • Ability to work on multiple, variant, and not well-defined tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of professional experience.
