I was delighted to see the announcement today, regarding VOSS being selected to provide UC management support for the next generation of du's IP telephony network, as it really emphasizes the path that VOSS and du have travelled together, over the last 8 years.

du was one of our first service provider customers in the Middle East, back in 2005. We were originally engaged to provide one of the earliest forms of VoIP management, to centralize du’s communications administration, and enable du to offer a feature-rich hosted communications solution to their customers across Dubai Internet City.

The partnership stretches over nearly a decade; in that time du has evolved and enhanced their communications offerings year-on-year, while at VOSS we have ensured that our UC management platform continues to advance to support an increasingly complex communications world.

But it's not just a du and VOSS relationship; Cisco has played a huge role, right from the very start, and I have to say it's an extremely dynamic and strong three way collaboration; a real team effort.

I have always admired du's customer-centric values. They are a company whose workflows and processes are built to provide the very best customer experience. And it is this passion that drives du to continually seek the best and most innovative technology solutions on the market, to pass on that competitive edge to their ever-growing customer base.

du now boasts over 25,000 business customers across the UAE, and thanks to the latest innovation from du, these customers now have access to some of the very latest UC services and applications; such as HD video calling, auto attendant IVR, and single number reach (SNR).

I'm proud that VOSS continues to provide a UC management platform to this exciting and innovative company. I look forward to where our relationship takes us in the coming years, and the technological advancements that are yet to come.
