Thanks for a great ENGAGE, Avaya!

After signing up as a partner with the International Avaya User Group towards the back end of last year, we were excited about the prospect of exhibiting at our first Avaya ENGAGE in 2020.
In case you missed it, the event took place February 2 - 5, in Phoenix Arizona.
The theme of the show? ALL IN. The organizers were encouraging us to make new connections; network with peers from across the globe; spark ideas; get involved; go ALL IN… And we certainly did.
This was an action-packed few days of networking. It was a pleasure to catch up with some of our existing customers and share our latest developments for Avaya UC management. We also had some dynamic conversations with prospective customers, who were at the show to learn more about tools such as VOSS-4-UC, and our ability to make the management of Avaya-only - and multi-vendor UC - environments easier. The opportunity to meet with so many Avaya folks was also much appreciated, as we found many new opportunities to work together in 2020.
Our booth was busy with people looking to solve UC-related business problems, and we were able to show how VOSS can introduce advanced levels of automation and workflows to improve business processes, which in turn offer a better service to end users (either employees or customers).
