VOSS Expands Microsoft Pivot Program with Interactive Workshop

Reading UK – Tuesday March 7, 2023 – Today, VOSS Solutions, the leading provider of digital workplace management technology announced the addition of an interactive workshop to its existing Microsoft Pivot Program, facilitating the transition from traditional telephony platforms to Microsoft Teams Phone.

Launched in September 2022, the Microsoft Pivot Program from VOSS is designed for Service Provider and Managed Service Provider partners that have UCaaS and managed services platforms based on outdated or legacy PBX technologies. The program helps them to pivot their existing customer base from these platforms to Microsoft’s cloud-based collaboration environment.

Building a strong foundation and plan to pivot existing customers and hosting platforms to cloud voice is a critical first step on the program. Which is why VOSS has launched the workshop, to help Service Providers understand the opportunity and best practices necessary, to retain and attract customers looking to use Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication, including telephony.

The workshop can be delivered online or face-to-face, and is split into two ½ day sessions:

Part 1 – The Market, Features, The Art of the Possible

Focuses on establishing a shared understanding of market dynamics, Microsoft Team feature set, general migration best practices and challenges. Then, the “art of the possible” when using VOSS for discovery, migration, and on-going multi-vendor day to day management and insight.

Part 2 – Building the Plan

Is fully interactive and designed to establish and develop consensus on the success metrics for the specific service provider pivot (transition) plan, capture relevant current state information, better understand and explore potential obstacles, and then to develop a high-level sequence and timeline for next steps.

Within ten business days of completing the workshop, a Pivot Program Workshop Report, capturing session discussion and providing specific recommendations, will be provided to the service provider.
