UC Today has announced the winners of the 2020 UC Today Awards, and VOSS Solutions has been crowned the winner in the Service Management category.
UC Today says…
According to Rob Scott, Publisher at UC Today, the category was open to “UC Service Management vendors able to demonstrate an improved management experience when deploying and administering UC collaboration or contact center solutions.”
The UC Today Awards’ judging panel comprised industry experts that included Jon Arnold from J Arnold & Associates, Zeus Kerravala from ZK Research, Kevin Kieller from enableUC, Irwin Lazar from Nemertes Research, Blair Pleasant from COMMfusion, and Melissa Swartz from Swartz Consulting.
During the awards presentation, the analysts took the time to express the qualities they were looking for from winning vendors, citing innovation, execution, improved customer experience, completeness of solution, addressing a known need, and being an industry disruptor.
Finalists in the Service Management category included VOSS Solutions, UBoss, Versae, and Kurmi Software. VOSS was declared the winner by Kevin Kieller. Rob Scott explained that VOSS, who provides a highly integrated UC suite includes fulfillment, assurance, analytics, reporting, accounting, and migration, was selected as the winner because “VOSS-4-UC Self-Healing is a truly groundbreaking solution that analyzes data and takes corrective action to help companies troubleshoot and fix errors in their UC environments.
VOSS Solutions was announced as a finalist in July 2020, and the finalists for all 12 categories are presented in this video.
